The Chad & Cheese Podcast

If you’re looking for a brutally honest and snarky HR-focused podcast, this one’s for you! The Chad & Cheese Podcast, a.k.a. “HR’s most dangerous podcast,” is hosted by Chad Sowash and Joel Cheesman, two incredibly seasoned recruiting pros.

The podcast features a handful of episode formats including interviews, start-up pitches, and current event coverage. Episodes vary in length from a few minutes to about an hour, so no matter how much time you have on your hands you can find an episode that will fit your schedule. But, this podcast isn’t for the faint of heart—Sowash and Cheesman say exactly what’s on their minds, so watch out for some sarcastic remarks!

Recruiting Future

Recruiting Future, hosted by Matt Alder, Talent Acquisition and Innovation Consultant, is a must-listen for Talent Acquisition professionals! Consistently ranked among the top business podcasts, Alder’s show offers a calm and even-keeled perspective on recruitment.

Recruiting Future features inspirational and diverse guests with years of HR experience. Episodes are typically around 30 minutes and will leave you energized to do your job even better.

HR Happy Hour

Hosted by Steve Boese, the Co-Chair of the HR Technology Conference, and Trish McFarlane, CEO of H3 HR Advisors, HR Happy Hour is the the longest-running and top-downloaded HR podcast. Since 2009, Boese and McFarlane have interviewed an impressive list of guests ranging from HR leaders to professors and authors.

Episodes are anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour—the perfect length for a relaxing walk around the neighborhood if we do say so! If you want to stay in the know on all things HR, give this show a listen!

RecruitingDaily

William Tincup, President and Editor-at-Large of RecruitingDaily.com, hosts this amazing HR podcast! Tincup interviews Talent Acquisition thought leaders and practitioners to better understand the biggest challenges facing recruiters today as well as new innovations in the world of Talent Acquisition.

Episodes will run you about 30 minutes a piece, so sit back, relax, and listen to RecrutingDaily while you eat your lunch!

Hireside Chat

Hireside Chat hosted by Erica Weiss (a.k.a. me, the author of this blog post), is a video series where I sit down with high volume recruiters to better understand the challenges of high volume Talent Acquisition. You caught me—Hireside Chat isn’t exactly a podcast but you can always just listen to the audio while you’re doing your work! Episodes are only two minutes long so if you’re looking for short and insightful sound bites on everything from hiring events to emojis, this is the show for you!

Podcasts are the perfect way to absorb all the latest and greatest updates in the HR industry. We hope you give a few of these great shows a listen!
