We’ve gathered results from our Germany-based job seeker survey—an anonymous survey conducted in March 2021 with 1,017 hourly job seekers aged 18-65—to uncover what job seekers like and don’t like in terms of communication methods, what’s involved in an application process, and other eye-opening info to help talent acquisition teams and recruiters improve the candidate experience. If and when job seekers in Germany land an interview, they prefer to be notified by email rather than by phone or SMS/text.
